Abstract:We report a 'two-bird-with-one-stone' strategy for photocatalytic air purification through the positive effect of ozone by surface modification over commercial TiO2. The understanding of the photocatalytic degradation mechanism of volatile organic compounds is refreshed on the basis of in situ spectroscopic and theoretical studies
