Abstract:		"Those cells and whole organisms which are able of decoding of informational signals and adequately reacting to them, can adapt themselves to ambient conditions and thus preserve themselves during onto- and phylogenesis. Regulatory molecules related to hormones, transmitters and pheromones, play a specific role of chemical signals. Target cells have specific signal systems for realization of these signals. Latest findings have established some general principles of structural-functional organization of these signal systems in the cells of higher eucaryotes and even procaryotes"
