Abstract:"Stir bar sorptive extraction (SBSE) is a rapid, sensitive, precise, and environmentally friendly extraction technique that, coupled to gas chromatography-mass spectrometry detection (GC-MS), enables the simple determination of volatile organic compounds in liquid samples. The present protocol describes the procedure for the determination of volatile compounds in vinegar by means of SBSE-GC-MS"
